What you could work on

A Data Science Intern may assist with exploring datasets, identifying patterns, and developing analytical approaches to business problems. Possible activities include data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, feature preparation, statistical analysis, and evaluating predictive approaches under guidance from experienced team members. Depending on the assignment, interns could use Python, Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn to investigate data and build experimental models. They may also learn how to assess data quality, interpret model results, and communicate findings responsibly. This role provides a foundation in statistical reasoning, programming, experimentation, and the practical application of data science to real-world business questions.
