What you could work on

The Quality Assurance Intern will help ensure that software applications and features function correctly and meet expected quality standards. Responsibilities may include preparing test cases, performing manual testing, identifying and documenting defects, verifying fixes, and conducting regression testing. Interns may also assist with API testing and basic test automation where appropriate. Testing may involve CRM features, lead tracking, workflow automation, dashboards, and communication integrations. The role develops analytical thinking, attention to detail, and practical software testing skills.
